About Dr. Lindsay McCormick-Ward, PT, DPT
Dr. Lindsay McCormick-Ward is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, founder of Kinesioworx, and a women’s health and wellness expert with over 18 years of clinical experience. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Alabama State University and has advanced training in Women’s Health, Pelvic Health, Pediatrics, and integrative healing approaches.
Throughout her career, Dr. McCormick-Ward has supported women across the lifespan, from young adulthood and motherhood to perimenopause, menopause, and healthy aging, helping women navigate recovery, strengthen their bodies, and reconnect with their health. She works with women experiencing a variety of challenges, including chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, pelvic health concerns, postpartum changes, injury recovery, hormonal transitions, and age-related changes that impact movement and quality of life.
Through Kinesioworx, she integrates physical therapy, pelvic health, Ayurvedic postpartum doula care, therapeutic movement, mindfulness, and integrative techniques to provide personalized care that addresses the whole person, not just symptoms. Her approach empowers women to restore strength, improve function, reduce discomfort, and build confidence in their bodies.
