These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and the purchase of products from Detox International, LLC (“Detox International,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Eligibility

- We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these Terms. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a refund.
4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before ordering.

7. Reviews and Submissions

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Detox International from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 12, any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana. Nothing in this Section or in Section 12 limits any non-waivable statutory rights, including state consumer-privacy rights, that you may have under the laws of your state of residence, or your ability to exercise those rights through the process your state provides.
12. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a class, collective, or representative action. You and Detox International waive the right to a jury trial. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking relief in small-claims court. If this clause is unenforceable, disputes will proceed in the courts identified above.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
14. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Shipping and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Detox International regarding the Site.
