Detox International, LLC (“Detox International,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through detoxinternational.com (the “Site”) and our related services, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Site or providing information to us, you agree to this Policy. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Service and our Shipping & Refund Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly

- Health and wellness intake information: if you complete our new-customer intake form, we collect the health and wellness information you choose to provide (for example, health history, symptoms, dietary information, and wellness goals) so that we can prepare personalized supplement suggestions. Providing this information is voluntary.
- Communications: messages, reviews, questions, and other information you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring pages, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics.
We use a cookie consent tool to let you manage non-essential cookies. See the “Cookies and Tracking” section below.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- process, fulfill, and ship your orders and manage returns and refunds;
- prepare personalized supplement suggestions based on the intake information you provide;
- communicate with you about orders, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support;
- maintain business and accounting records;
- send marketing communications where you have not opted out, and from which you may unsubscribe at any time;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, and technical issues; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Health and Wellness Information
The health and wellness information you provide through our intake form is used solely to prepare personalized supplement suggestions and to provide you with related customer support. We treat this information as sensitive. Access is limited to personnel who need it for those purposes. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Detox International is a retailer of dietary supplements and is not a healthcare provider. The intake process does not create a physician-patient or other treatment relationship, and the information you provide is not used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Where required by applicable state consumer-health-data law, we will obtain your consent before collecting this information and honor your rights with respect to it.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers: payment processing (Stripe); order fulfillment and shipping/postage (our carrier and label provider); accounting (QuickBooks, which receives your contact information only, not health-intake information); intake form hosting (JotForm); email, productivity, and analytics (Google); and website hosting. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Detox International, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used through Google Analytics. You can manage non-essential cookies through our consent banner and through your browser settings. Some features may not function properly if you disable certain cookies. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Order and accounting records are generally retained for 7 years to meet tax and recordkeeping requirements. Health-intake information is retained for 24 months following your last interaction with us and then deleted or de-identified, unless you request earlier deletion.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and card payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
